Can I Remove the VerticalResponse Logo From My Email?

Here in the VerticalResponse office we have lots of things with our logo - cups, banners, maybe a trophy or two, tote bags, and of course t-shirts. It’s possible though, that not everyone is as enchanted with our logo as we are, so we’ve made it easy for you to remove it if you like. Just click a box in your account and your emails can be VR logo-free.

To turn off the VR logo in any new emails you create:

  • Go to Profile in the top right corner of your account
  • Select My Contact Info
  • At the bottom of the page click the box to turn off the logo
  • Click Save at the top of the page

And that’s all there is to it! This will be applied to emails created going forward, so any that you’ve already sent out or are still drafts will have the logo. But if you create a new email or make a copy of one you’ve already made, the logo will be gone. And, if you’ve set up an autoresponder email, we’ll remove the logo on the next email sent from the system, no need to create a new email or pause the autoresponder.

You’ll only see this option for paid accounts, if you’re using a free account this function won’t be there. But if a logo-free email is really appealing to you, just upgrade your account.
