What fonts can I use in my emails?

Almost all web browsers and email programs are capable of displaying certain fonts properly, these include: Times, Arial, Helvetica, and Verdana, as well as their variants (Arial Narrow, Times New Roman, etc.) Using something different from one of these fonts risks your emails being rendered inaccurately. For your readers to see a different font correctly, they need to have it loaded on their computer. If they don't, the font shown will default to one of these web-friendly fonts. In addition to these fonts, many sans-serif fonts (letters without flourishes) are also good for easily reading articles on line.

We offer ten web-friendly fonts in your account so your email will display well across all email programs. If you want to use a different font, it might not display correctly for your readers, and they'd probably see one of the web-friendly ones displayed instead. If a particular font is really important to your marketing style, then you can upload an image that has the text included in that font. Here are the fonts you can safely use in our email editor:

  • Arial
  • Comic Sans MS
  • Courier New
  • Georgia
  • Tahoma
  • Lucinda Sans Unicode
  • Times New Roman
  • Trebuchet MS
  • Verdana
  • Helvetica
