Our pricing is based on the number of email contacts in your account, and if that’s less than 300, then you mail for free! Everyone starts out in the Free Plan, which is sometimes knows as Freemium. Funny word, maybe, but it means that if you have less than 300 email contacts you can send emails and create social posts for free. You can send up to 4000 emails per month. If your list is 300 you’ll be able to send 4 emails per month on this plan. If you have a list with under 300 addresses you can mail until you hit the 4000 limit. Once you hit 4000 sends you won’t be able to send more emails until you upgrade your account, or the next month. You’ll get a screen letting you know that you’ve reached your limit and when you can send again. The Freemium account lets you do as many social posts as you like and you can have as many followers as you want, without any fees. How do I get my records off of hold?The records are on hold because you've reached the limit for the account plan you have. Our pricing is based on the number of email contacts in your account, plus the package level you choose, so to get your addresses off hold you'll need to upgrade to a paid account and the list size you need. |
